Amtrak Rail Improvements
Design is underway for key rail infrastructure improvements on the Amtrak Keystone Corridor and SEPTA Paoli/Thorndale Rail Line in the Paoli area. Amtrak and PennDOT are coordinating these design projects with SEPTA’s new Paoli Intermodal Transportation Center and Station design.
Paoli Interlocking Improvements
PennDOT is designing improvements to interlockings between Philadelphia and Paoli. The interlocking at Paoli will be relocated and upgraded to facilitate train service to the new Paoli Intermodal Transportation Center and Station.
